Mapletree are a leading Asia-focused real estate development, investment and capital management company headquartered in Singapore. They have assets under management of S$21.8 billion of office, logistics, industrial, residential and retail properties across Asia.

For the design of their annual report they chose the most striking proposal. The solution includes the use of motifs within the images that reflect the statements made in the theme spreads.
